By using GimmeText you agree to these terms and our privacy policy.

Your account and content

• Keep your sign-in and connection keys private. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• Your recordings and transcripts are yours. You let us process them only to provide the service.
• Only upload recordings you have the right to use, and follow the recording-consent laws that apply to you.
• Don't use GimmeText for anything illegal or to disrupt the service.

Plans and billing

• Paid plans renew monthly until you cancel. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the paid period.
• Monthly hours reset each month. Top-up hours remain available only while a paid plan is active.
• Payments aren't refundable, except where the law requires.
• We may change prices with notice before your next renewal.

No guarantees

Transcripts are automatic and can contain errors. The service is provided “as is,” with no warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the month before the claim.

Changes and contact

We may change these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted here, and we'll update the date above. Continuing to use GimmeText after a change means you accept it. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Questions: gimmetext-support@googlegroups.com.
