## Questions

**I have a YouTube link.** We can't download from links. Get your own video from YouTube Studio (Content → ⋮ → Download) and drop that file.

**My file is huge.** Drop it anyway. We only send the sound, which is much smaller. If it's still too big, the page tells you what to do.

**Is it private?** We only ever receive audio, delete it right after transcription, delete transcripts after 30 days, and never train on your recordings.
